Phinn was born in England and I think that being born on an island has made him part fish. This guy loves the water. He loves to take long baths, long showers, swim, sprinklers, rain, anything having to do with water play. I finally got him into a decent swimming lesson through our county at the local rec center and he spent most of class under water, eventually mastering some beginning swimming techniques. By the end of class he could float on his front or back for seemingly endless amounts of time. Sometimes freaking out parents nearby. I think he'll be ready for swim team next year!
And in other water related news, the Younce family now has their very first pets, fish. The big kids and daddy brought home a really nice 20 gallon vertical tank. A week later plants, a rock and fish were added. Unfortunately, the first three fish we bought (Mollies) all died in a week. RIP Midnight, Pillbeam and the fish that died in less than 24 hours...
