My parents, my sister's family and our family decided to make a quick trip to Leavenworth, WA - the Bavaria of the West. It was the hottest weather we had experienced since our trip to Greece and the kids were melting. We kept telling them - just wait until we get to Virginia! The kids had fun playing with their cousins and spending time with Grandma and Grandpa.
You can't tell by the picture below, but Hilde is using this as her stage, singing loudly a song she had just fallen in love with - "Shot through the heart and you're to blame, you give love a bad name..." I am so proud of her, and Bon Jovi would be too.
Phinn's love of horses continues to grow, here is his newest addition for his stables.
