The best thing about moving back home to the States was getting to see our families again. Luckily, on both sides of our families everyone got together at one time, in one place, making it very easy for us to enjoy the company of our parents, siblings, nieces and nephews. Here are some pictures of the 2+ days of the Y family reunion:

Above all else, our kids loved playing and getting to know their cousins.
And during the family reunion Hilde turned 8. Her aunt K baked and hand decorated the most amazing cake for her. Lucky girl.
It's too bad that we can't all be together more often, but we are glad for the moments when it does happen. Thanks to everyone for making the sacrifices to be together, we love you all!
