This year we held a very impromptu Boxing Day party at our house. Dave had some old high school friends in town he wanted to re-connect with. We had extra food from all of the preceding holiday festivities - it was a perfect combination. And a huge BONUS - it forced us to clean the house right away instead of dwelling in Christmas carnage for months. I have big plans for future years - I think I see a new tradition in the works. Notice how beautiful a day it was too, the sun was so bright it was very nice outside.
