Dave had to go back to England for almost two weeks shortly after we moved into our new house. While he was gone, the kids and I had a lot of fun. Grocery shopping is easy with the two older kids, but once you add Phinn, it gets a lot more difficult (and with the baby in tow - downright CRAZY). The car cart is deceiving, it keeps the kids entertained, but they are loud honking and yelling at passersby. Phinn loves to reach his arms out and grab things. Hence the reason he has been in a car cart exactly two times in his life, and might not get to do it again!
The kids love to cook and bake. Decorating cookies is a surefire way to have fun and make a mess at our house. The kids wanted to keep some of the cookies for daddy, but sadly they didn't last that long.
