Despite the fact that this little guy firmly believes he is 5, he just turned 3 on July 20th. Look at that sweet, innocent smile, and don't believe it for a minute! Phinn is a super kid, who loves to pretend he is a knight or a super hero, play games with his siblings or daddy, watch Backyardigans over and over, and run us all into the ground. He is also striving for independence. We love this little guy and can't wait to see what this next year brings for him. The transition from 3 to 4 years old is such a major one.
For his birthday dinner he wanted pancakes at IHOP, so he got it. Then the family all went over to grandma's for cake and presents.
When this kid was asked what he wanted for his birthday cake, there was no hesitation - chocolate cake with chocolate frosting with chocolate sprinkles with chocolate ice cream.
Phinn is overall one cool dude.
And this kid is still infatuated with horses. Note his look of pure glee below.
