On July 11th, Enoch turned 7. When we asked him what he wanted for his birthday dinner, he said he wanted to cook his favorite (and only) meal he likes to cook himself (with our help) - OODLES OF NOODLES. So here you are. We added shrimp instead of tofu since this kid loves seafood. It was quite yummy.
When we asked Enoch what type of cake he wanted, he begged to get a store bought one. I took him to our local grocery store Giant, and he weighed his options for about 15 minutes. I thought he would get the Harry Potter or Angry Birds cakes, but he settled on the American Flag. My little Patriot!
Happy Birthday to our sweet 7 year old. May you always be infectiously happy and just plain fun to be around. We love you.
