This activity was a complete surprise for the kids. Earlier in the summer we had bought a bunch of coloring and activity books to be introduced during the summer as boredom set in. One of the books we used for today's activity. It was a blank comic book story. The illustrations were there, and there were thought/speech bubbles, but they were blank. The kids came up with some pretty creative coloring and stories. The nice thing was that they were short so the kids didn't lose interest quickly. Very cool.
